Responsibilities

• Multi-touch campaigns across email, events, webinars, content syndication, and partner activity
• Nurture programmes built around behaviour, segment, and intent signals
• Outbound sequences — copy, cadence, A/B testing, and iteration
• HubSpot: workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, lifecycle management, and sales handoff
• Campaign reporting — MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, sequence conversion
• You’ll sit close to sales, collaborate with the SDR team on sequence design and lead handoff, and report on pipeline contribution to leadership

Requirements

• 3+ years in growth marketing, demand gen, or campaign management in B2B SaaS
• Hands-on HubSpot experience — you’ve built the workflows, not just sent the emails
• A track record of campaigns that moved pipeline, not just generated impressions
• Experience collaborating with SDR or sales teams on outbound and lead quality
• A data-driven approach — you pull the numbers and act on them
