Growth Infrastructure: Set up attribution, experimentation, and dashboards to guide spend and optimization.
Demand Gen & Lifecycle: Build and optimize campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, content, and partnerships.
Cross-functional Execution: Align with sales, product, and leadership on initiatives and measure impact for executive reviews.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
Own the full marketing funnel, identifying opportunities to optimise conversion rates and improve customer lifetime value
Lead multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and partnership channels
Analyse customer behaviour, campaign performance, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate closely with sales, product, commercial, and leadership teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives
Design and implement A/B testing programmes to improve marketing effectiveness and user experience
Manage marketing technology platforms, analytics tools, and automation systems to maximise efficiency and scalability
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
Support business initiatives to increase revenue, customer engagement, and market share
Continually develop your knowledge of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and growth methodologies
