Job Summary

Own marketing content, campaigns, and community growth across social, email, blogs, and partnerships to drive engagement and referrals.

Content & Campaigns: plan and execute multi-channel programs with product promotion and SEO co-ordination.
Community & Partnerships: grow the user base through universities, industry partners, and ambassador/referral programs.
Analytics & Optimization: monitor performance, report insights, and iterate on creative and targeting.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create engaging LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok content.
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.
Grow our online community and increase user engagement.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
Create blogs, case studies and website content.
Support SEO initiatives and website optimisation.
Manage paid advertising campaigns where appropriate.
Build relationships with universities, colleges and industry partners.
Develop referral and ambassador programmes.
Monitor analytics and report on campaign performance.

Requirements

Education: A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Content marketing: 2 years (required)
Social media marketing
Content creation
Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Email marketing platforms
Google Analytics
SEO
WordPress or website content management systems
LinkedIn marketing

Preferred

A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience in recruitment, staffing, events or technology is advantageous but not essential.
