As Growth Leader: Employee Technology, you’ll be tech-focused and business-minded, a strategic thinker with a proven track record for lead and revenue generation. And while you’ll have one eye on the numbers, you’ll have another on our clients, helping to deliver our market leading innovations with real impact across millions of lives. Make no mistake this is a sales leadership role, leading by the front and ensure sales targets and metrics are met.

What’s more, it’s a hybrid role, giving you the flexibility to work at home and in our offices – it all depends on what you’re up to and which of our 500+ clients and teams you’ll be working with.

What the day will look like

• Leading strategic growth – working across our united firm, you’ll design and lead an industry-focused growth strategy to bring the power of our digital solutions to market.
• Fulfilling enterprise needs - you’ll forge lasting client relationships at some of the world’s largest businesses, becoming a trusted advisor for their HR technology in ways that transform their employee value prop
• Pitching our proposition – you'll be our digital storyteller, giving our clients a compelling strategic vision of the future as a partner of Aon.
