Content & Communications: Manage the content calendar, publish articles and optimise for search.
Campaigns & Social: Run LinkedIn, newsletters, social campaigns and email programs.
CRM & Client Engagement: Develop CRM, run client surveys, create case studies, and support webinars/events.

Managing our marketing calendar and content schedule
Publishing articles to our website and optimising them for SEO
Managing LinkedIn, newsletters and social media campaigns
Creating email marketing campaigns
Monitoring campaign performance and identifying improvements
Writing press releases and supporting PR activity
Producing client case studies and success stories
Managing and developing our CRM
Supporting webinars and industry events
Running client satisfaction and quality surveys
