BasePoint's Graduate Management Programme is designed for graduates who want to build commercial, communication and leadership experience in a hands-on environment.

Rather than entering directly into a management position, you'll learn how the operation works from the ground up, beginning with customer acquisition and campaign delivery before having the opportunity to develop towards greater commercial or leadership responsibility.

The Programme

Your initial development focuses on the fundamentals of our business:

• Face-to-face customer engagement
• Sales and customer acquisition
• Professional communication
• Brand representation
• Campaign delivery
• Personal performance and goal setting

You'll work directly within our field-based campaigns, giving you practical experience of the operation before progressing into additional responsibilities.

Where It Can Lead

As your experience develops, your pathway can begin to reflect your strengths and career goals.

Those particularly motivated by commercial performance can continue developing towards Sales Executive responsibilities.

Those interested in people development and management can begin building experience in:

• Mentoring and supporting newer team members
• Coaching and performance development
• Team coordination
• Campaign planning
• Leadership and people management

Progression is based on performance and demonstrated capability rather than a guaranteed timeframe.
