Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate a variety of events, from small networking sessions to major award ceremonies.
- Work closely with venues, suppliers, entertainment providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Represent the Care Talk brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Support the marketing and communications team with content creation for both print and digital platforms.
- Assist with the management of social media accounts and e-marketing campaigns.
- Proofread event materials and magazine content; maintain accurate and up-to-date website content.
Requirements
- A high-calibre graduate (2:1 or above) with some experience or demonstrable interest in events, marketing, and communications.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Confident working with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and support evening or weekend events as required.
Preferred
- Familiarity with social media platforms and tools like Mailchimp (desirable but not essential)
