Event & Campaign Ops: manage registration flows, event sites, and weekly emails.
Audience & Content: plan social content, banners, and partner outreach.
Analytics & Process: track marketing-influenced revenue and improve team workflows with the Marketing Assistant group.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and update event websites.
Implement effective SEO practices to support campaign performance.
Create accurate and complex registration flows for event sign-ups.
Design and schedule weekly marketing emails.
Produce social media and website banners.
Support social media planning and content execution.
Track and identify marketing-influenced revenue.
Manage shared inboxes and lead flows effectively.
Support outreach to media partners and associations.
Assist the wider marketing team with ad-hoc projects and requests.

Requirements

A 2:1 degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent marketing qualification (e.g., CIM)
Demonstrable experience, such as internships, placements, or part-time roles

Preferred

Experience with Google Analytics, Salesforce or Marketo
Executing social media plans
Knowledge of SEO
Design skills using tools like Canva or Photoshop
