Job Summary

Own and drive global product certification marketing campaigns, leading a worldwide team to craft campaigns with strong competitive value while aligning with strategic goals.

  • Growth & Ownership: Plan and deliver global campaigns and lead the global team to develop value-forward propositions.
  • Performance & Sharing: Monitor campaign results across regions and share best practices to maximise KPI performance.
  • Cross-Functional Partnerships: Build global stakeholder relationships and partner with agencies to steer complex initiatives and ensure clear path to success.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Personally own, plan, and deliver Global Product Certification marketing campaigns, while leading and managing the Product Certification global marketing team to develop marketing campaigns with strong competitive value propositions, driving marketing excellence and supporting the achievement of Product Certification strategic goals.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of own and team delivered marketing campaigns and channels, identifying areas for improvement and best practices to be shared and deployed across all regions for Product Certification campaigns, recommending improvements to maximise marketing effectiveness verses agreed KPIs.
  • Engage with and develop relationships with colleagues on a global scale to encourage collaboration in forming, understanding, and adherence to the global strategy.
  • Partner with external agencies and BSI colleagues to manage complex issues across the organisation and make decisions to define a clear path to success.
  • Maintain an inclusive culture that attracts, recruits, retains, supports, develops and motivates talented individuals to deliver quality work aligned with the marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • Min 5 years Marketing Management experience.
  • A proven track record in developing and executing global marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledgeable in market trends, recognising the value of data sharing to identify, and exploit, new business opportunities, new markets.
  • Experience of working within a global matrix structure, and collaboration with teams who are typically geographically dispersed.
  • Marketing degree desirable but not essential.
