Job Summary

Own the front line of student recruitment by guiding families and schools through options, while representing the college at events to spark inquiries and enrollments; keep event operations running smoothly and collaborate across marketing and curriculum to land recruitment activity; relentlessly spot and fix small frictions that slow conversions.

Student Recruitment Ownership: Build relationships with prospective students, parents, and schools to move them toward the next step.
Events & Representation: Present the college at events and campuses to generate inquiries and engagement.
Operations & Collaboration: Maintain organized processes and align with marketing and curriculum to improve recruitment outcomes.

Responsibilities: Talking to prospective students, parents, and schools in a way that feels natural
Responsibilities: Helping people understand their options and feel confident about their next step
Responsibilities: Representing the college at events, in schools, at other colleges, and on campus
Responsibilities: Keeping things organised behind the scenes so events and activity run smoothly
Responsibilities: Working with colleagues across marketing, curriculum, and the wider college to make recruitment activity land well
Responsibilities: Spotting what could be improved and getting stuck in to make it better
