This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and creative fundraiser to join CHIPS at an important stage in our development. The role will have a particular focus on individual giving, supporter engagement, and fundraising campaigns, alongside responsibility for delivering regular communications across our digital channels and printed media.
You will work closely with the Director and programme teams to turn the stories and impact of CHIPS' work into compelling fundraising and communications content. You will also support fundraising events, donor stewardship, grant applications and other income-generating activities.
This is a hands-on role within a small organisation. We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for their own areas of work, manage projects from beginning to end, and bring creativity and initiative while working collaboratively with colleagues across CHIPS.

CHIPS are Christian peacemakers. Living in the heart of conflict, we empower communities to build sustainable futures free from violence and division. Four deeply held beliefs underpin all we do. We only go where we are invited as peace cannot be imposed on communities in conflict. We live in the heart of conflict to better understand the challenges. We take sides. Both sides. We seek to understand everyone's perspective. We're here to stay. We believe that a long term commitment is the only way to achieve sustainable results.
