Job Summary

Own the end-to-end social media and e-commerce engine for a growing jewellery brand, translating creative content into platform-ready posts, optimizing the Shopify and TikTok Shop storefront, and driving affiliate-driven sales through a proactive influencer program.

  • Content & Channel Execution: Create and schedule Reels/TikToks/Shorts and posts across Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram, maintaining a structured calendar with hit-ready deadlines.
  • Shopify & Shop Optimization: Tie campaigns to the Shopify store, optimize product tagging, and develop the TikTok Shop storefront to maximize conversions.
  • Affiliate & Performance Insight: Launch and manage affiliate programs, recruit creators, track referrals, and deliver performance reports to guide growth.

Job Description

  • Content Creation: Transform provided product images into high-converting Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and static posts.
  • Platform Management: Fully manage, loop, and schedule content for Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Shopify & TikTok Shop Integration: Link social media campaigns to our Shopify store, optimize product tags, and fully develop, manage, and optimize our TikTok Shop native storefront.
  • Affiliate & Influencer Management: Set up, launch, and manage our affiliate program—including the TikTok Shop Affiliate Network—to recruit creators, track referral links, and drive external sales.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor the effectiveness of all organic posts, TikTok Shop sales, and affiliate campaigns. Deliver clear performance reports regularly to the marketing team and directors.
  • Deadline Management: Maintain a structured content calendar and strictly hit all campaign launch dates.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of managing business accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Technical Skills: Expert proficiency with Shopify management, TikTok Shop Seller Center, and social commerce features.
  • Affiliate Expertise: Proven familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop Affiliate Plan, Shopify Collabs, GoAffPro, or Awin) and tracking commission-based sales performance.
  • Creative Portfolio: Advanced video editing skills with a portfolio showcasing successful Reels, TikToks, and high-aesthetic brand posts.
