Job Summary

Own the content engine for a product brand, shaping trend-led creatives, calendar planning, community response, and data-driven optimization to drive engagement and sales across TikTok and Instagram.

Content ownership: produce and post high-quality, trend-aligned content across TikTok and Instagram that fits KANZEN aesthetics.
Operations and performance: manage the content calendar two weeks out, coordinate with creative/marketing, monitor metrics, and iterate weekly.
Community and partnerships: handle all community management and coordinate creators/UGC to expand reach.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and post high-quality content across TikTok, Instagram daily
Develop trend-led content that fits the KANZEN aesthetic and drives engagement and sales
Manage the brand content calendar, staying at least two weeks ahead at all times
Handle all community management, every comment and DM responded to within 24 hours
Work closely with the creative and marketing team to align content with campaigns and launches
Monitor performance, report on key metrics, and use data to improve content week on week
Source and coordinate with creators and UGC contributors where needed
Repurpose content across formats to maximise reach and shelf life

Requirements

Proven experience running social media for a product brand, show us what you've grown
Strong video creation and editing skills, particularly for short-form content
A sharp eye for what works on social
Excellent written communication for captions, responses, and brand copy
High energy, high output, and the ability to work independently at pace
