Content calendar planning, campaign concepts, and clear briefs for creators.
Trend spotting and performance focus to push content that actually moves engagement and awareness.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Creating social media strategies for different client brands
Planning content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms
Coming up with strong campaign ideas, hooks, captions and content angles
Improving brand positioning, tone of voice and messaging
Briefing designers, editors and content creators clearly
Reviewing social content and suggesting improvements
Helping develop email, ad and website messaging where needed
Spotting trends and knowing when they are relevant to a client
Understanding what makes content perform, not just what looks nice
Working across multiple industries and adapting quickly to each brand

Requirements

Proven experience managing social media and/or brand marketing for businesses
Portfolio, case studies or clear examples of previous work
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
Excellent written English
Experience with content calendars, campaign planning and brand tone of voice
Ability to work freelance with clear communication and accountability
Agency experience is a bonus, but not essential
Experience across SEO, email marketing, paid ads or wider digital marketing is a strong advantage
Experience: Social media marketing: 3 years (required)
