Job Summary

Own the rhythm of social content and content admin for multiple brands, with hands-on posts, community engagement, and basic marketing reporting, while supporting shoots and newsletters.

  • Social & content ops: schedule/publish across platforms, monitor DMs/comments, and manage content assets for multiple brands.
  • Admin & reporting: produce monthly social/marketing reports and support newsletters in Mailchimp.
  • Collaboration & scalability: assist on shoots, adapt to multiple brands/projects, and keep deadlines in a freelance, flexible schedule.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and publishing social media content across multiple platforms
  • Assisting on video and photo shoots when required
  • Creating and scheduling newsletters in Mailchimp
  • Producing monthly social and marketing reports
  • Monitoring inboxes and managing community engagement across social platforms
  • Responding to comments, DMs and customer enquiries
  • Helping organise content assets and general marketing admin tasks

Requirements

  • Good understanding of social media platforms
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Experience using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva or similar
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands and projects
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and content creation

Preferred

  • Experience editing short-form video content
  • Photography or videography knowledge
  • Interest in automotive, events or media industries
