Responsibilities\n

  • Develop and manage the overall marketing strategy and brand positioning for Pawtraits.
    • \n
  • Translate founder vision into campaigns, content pillars and launch plans.
    • \n
  • Maintain a consistent luxury brand identity across all touchpoints.
    • \n
  • Grow brand awareness, sales, retention and community.
    • \n
  • Lead content strategy with a monthly calendar and a balanced mix of educational, lifestyle, and product content.
    • \n
  • Write distinctive copy reflecting the Pawtraits voice; brief visuals and coordinate assets.
    • \n
  • Drive product launches and ecommerce growth across Shopify, Amazon, and future partners.
    • \n
  • Manage influencer, PR and ambassador programs; build UGC and community campaigns.
    • \n
  • Collaborate on product positioning, messaging, bundles and promotions; improve conversion.
    • \n
  • Monitor performance dashboards and optimize based on KPIs across revenue, traffic, CAC, ROAS, email, social, and Amazon.
    • \n
\nRequirements\n
    \n
  • Proven experience managing marketing or content for a consumer brand.
    • \n
  • Experience producing and managing structured monthly content calendars.
    • \n
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, email marketing and ecommerce.
    • \n
  • Experience planning product launches and promotional campaigns.
    • \n
  • Evidence of growing brand awareness, engagement, traffic or sales.
    • \n
  • Experience managing creators, influencers or UGC.
    • \n
  • Confidence working with analytics and reporting against KPIs.
    • \n
  • A portfolio or examples of relevant brands and campaigns.
    • \n

  • Amazon marketplace or Amazon PPC experience.

  • Shopify and Klaviyo experience.
    • \n
  • Meta advertising knowledge.
    • \n
  • Experience securing press coverage or retail partnerships.
