Job Summary

Own client-facing event activation and live promotions in London, shaping brand trust through direct customer conversations and ongoing campaign optimization with coaching and feedback loops.

  • Events & Campaigns: Represent clients at events and promotional campaigns, driving brand visibility.
  • Customer Engagement: Speak with customers to raise awareness and build trust, using feedback to improve experiences.
  • Campaign Improvement: Support the team, contribute ideas, and participate in regular coaching to hit targets and boost performance.

  • Speaking directly with customers to raise brand awareness and build trust
  • Supporting the team in achieving campaign goals and targets
  • Taking part in regular coaching and development sessions
  • Contributing ideas to help improve campaign performance and customer experience
