Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of live events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
• Assist with the delivery of marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Promote products and services at events while providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Help coordinate event logistics, marketing materials, and promotional displays.
• Engage with customers, answer enquiries, and communicate key campaign messages.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure events are organised and delivered successfully.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Represent the company and its clients professionally at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of campaign activity and customer interactions.
• Participate in ongoing product, marketing, and professional development training.

Requirements

• Entry level role (no specific degree required)
• On-site work arrangement in Sheffield, UK (United Kingdom work authorisation)

Preferred

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, promotions, events, sales, or other customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
