What You'll Be Doing:

As our Events Assistant, you'll help keep our events running smoothly while driving face-to-face sales. Expect to meet loads of new people, build genuine connections, and promote what we offer in a way that feels natural. Here's what that looks like day-to-day:

• Customer Interaction: Create positive, memorable moments for attendees — answering questions, giving recommendations, and delivering great service.
• Event Support: Help set up, run, and pack down event spaces so everything goes off without a hitch.
• Product Promotion: Show off our products in a way that's engaging and easy to understand, highlighting what makes us different.
• Teamwork: Work closely with the team to hit event goals and keep everything running like clockwork.
• Post-Event Engagement: Help with follow-ups after events so we keep building those customer relationships.

What We're Looking For:

• Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or retail is a bonus — you should be comfortable chatting to new people, presenting products, and closing deals face-to-face.
• Great Communicator: You strike up conversations easily and build rapport fast.
