Own the university content and relationship engine to drive engagement while shaping Browzer product outcomes with design-minded copy and stakeholder feedback.

Copy and content ownership for university stories, articles, and social posts across the Browzer platform.
Relationship management with universities and in-person workshop facilitation.
Product influence through feature testing, feedback, and roadmap shaping with the development team.

Write clear, compelling copy for our university clients: stories, articles, social posts and content that lives inside the Browzer platform
Build strong, lasting relationships with the universities we work with, becoming someone they trust and enjoy working with
Have a proper say in the product itself: testing new features, spotting what could be better and shaping the roadmap alongside our development team
Bring an eye for design and a love of detail to everything you touch
Work primarily from our office in Headingley, but but willing to travel for face-to-face client meetings and workshop sessions

You'll be brilliant at this if you... Write well, with flair and a sharp eye, and have done it for a while
You&aposre understand young people, culture and the kind of content that connects with them
You&aposre technology-minded and excited by making software better
You&aposll build trust with people quickly and easily
You&aposre stay calm and organised while juggling a lot
