Job Summary

Own end-to-end social and email marketing workflows for Vape, Distro, CBD, Wellness, and Moosh, with cross-brand coordination, weekly performance analysis, and monthly reporting to drive visibility and issue resolution.

Content and channel ownership: Create, schedule, and manage content across social platforms and emails for all brands.
Cross-functional and brand partnerships: Liaise with brands and collaborate with Warehouse, Returns, Sales, and E-commerce to execute campaigns and resolve issues.
Performance and reporting: Monitor weekly/monthly metrics and deliver insights, plus prepare monthly marketing reports for Flawless packages.

Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, across all brands.
Create, schedule, and manage weekly email marketing campaigns for CBD retail and wholesale customers.
Monitor, track, and analyse weekly and monthly performance data for email marketing and social media channels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Upload product images and create product descriptions for the CBD website.
Support brand visibility and engagement through consistent content planning and execution.
Upload weekly youtube videos and shorts for vape shop channel
Liaise with multiple brands regarding marketing opportunities, campaigns, and promotional activities for Vape and Distro divisions.
Prepare and deliver monthly marketing reports for brands subscribed to Flawless marketing packages across Vape, Distro, and CBD sectors.
Collaborate closely with Warehouse, Returns, Sales, E-commerce to ensure efficient communication and issue resolution.
