Job Summary
Own the employer-facing education services portfolio and drive college revenue by selling apprenticeships and related programs while ensuring a seamless 360-degree service for employers and learners.
- Responsibilities: Key employer relationships, sign-up support with Work Based Tutors, and revenue generation from employer solutions.
- Responsibilities: Promote Apprenticeships, placements, and Employer Academies to meet targets and grow WBL provision.
- Responsibilities: Recruitment/vacancy matching and proactive promotion to expand work-based learning engagement.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- To develop, promote and sell a range of quality learning, development and other employer-related services including Apprenticeships, work placement and Employer Academies
- To provide a 360-degree service for Employers wishing to engage with the College ensuring Service Standards are met.
- To work as a key account holder with employers and learners to support Work Based Tutors in effectively signing up with integrity.
- To generate income for the College by promoting a range of solutions to employers to meet set organisational targets.
- To provide a recruitment / vacancy matching service to achieve targeted growth in the Colleges work-based learning provision by promotion and recruitment activities
Requirements
- Hold a Level 2 qualification or equivalent in Maths & English
- Have experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders and employers
- Have experience in identifying business needs, proposing, developing and delivering solutions to meet those needs
- Have Sales and marketing experience with a proven track record of meeting target
