The role owns Compare the Market’s employer brand and leads multi-channel content, events and thought leadership to attract tech, data and AI talent.
- Own employer branding across channels and craft content for a dynamic shop window

- Measure impact, refine activity and align with business talent goals
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong, current employer brand aligned to the target talent needs of the business, helping Compare the Market be recognised as a leading employer for tech, data and AI skills, as well as broader recruitment.
- Identify, collate, curate and publish content across channels including LinkedIn, Glassdoor and our careers website to keep our “shop window” for life at Compare the Market current and dynamic.
- Support a thought leadership programme for key individuals, helping amplify Compare the Market as a place to build a career and recognising that talent attracts talent.
- Proactively identify content from internal and external communications that can be translated into engaging employer brand activity.
- Identify key events where Compare the Market should have a presence and coordinate the organisation’s employer brand activity at those events.
- Spot opportunities to amplify Compare the Market's employer brand through activity such as merchandise, partnerships and one-off projects.
- Manage projects to budget, delivering clear outputs on time and measuring outcomes against agreed targets.
Requirements
- An understanding of how to create compelling content across multiple channels, with a marketing background being advantageous.
- A socially savvy approach, with willingness to learn how to use relevant technology and social platforms in a business context.
- Strong creativity, idea generation and curiosity to test new concepts and prove what works.
- Confidence building internal networks and encouraging colleagues to engage with employer brand activity.
- Good organisational skills, including robust project management and a clear focus on delivery.
- A clear understanding of how to set targets, measure outcomes and use insight to improve activity.
- Ambition, determination and enthusiasm to do amazing things as part of a fast-moving team.
