Job Summary

Own regional eCommerce growth by leading a cross-functional, channel-spanning agenda that connects local market needs with global strategy, delivering customer-centric experiences, scalable content, and data-driven demand-generation across markets.

  • Content & experience: drive end-to-end content, listings, SEO, and consistent messaging across markets.
  • Demand generation & optimization: manage budgets, campaigns, and real-time performance to maximize online revenue.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development and execution of the regional eCommerce marketing strategy, driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence across all digital channels and core capabilities
  • Shape and execute the vision for eCommerce growth, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring marketing initiatives are aligned with both global objectives and local market needs
  • Champion a customer-centric approach, drive digital transformation, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Define an ambitious vision for the e-commerce business
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders such as sales eCommerce leads, local management and central product teams, build markets analysis, identify key hurdles and opportunities, and develop a clear roadmap in close collaboration with stakeholders
  • Take the reins of the content strategy; Own the end-to-end content strategy, from needs assessment to implementation, ensuring all assets are aligned with brand guidelines and served in a timely fashion
  • Design seamless customer journeys, ensure consistent messaging across all markets and channels, and oversee the quality of product listings, integrating SEO best practices
  • Orchestrate demand-generation activities through different channels across markets; manage substantial budgets, optimize brand visibility, and monitor performance in real time
  • Act as the main point of contact with local marketing leaders and their teams, ensuring alignment and effective execution of eCommerce initiatives
  • Train and coach your team to accelerate their digital maturity; always ensuring the customer is at the heart of every initiative
  • Partner with Brand, Media, Influencer, and Agency teams to integrate content and marketing strategies across all touchpoints
  • Scrutinize market trends, test new levers (AI, automation…), and instil a culture of continuous improvement and boldness

Requirements

  • 15+ years in Digital Commerce, eCommerce, or Omnichannel roles
  • Deep experience in digital content and retail media
  • Strong understanding of marketplace economics
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects across tech, marketing, and operations
  • Strong analytical mindset and performance orientation
  • Experience in international, distributor-heavy environments preferred
  • You speak English fluently
