Job Summary
Own end-to-end outbound program for cold email and LinkedIn, turning education and repeatable playbooks into faster, higher-velocity results through tooling, metrics, and coaching for clients.
Outreach ownership: run end-to-end cold email and LinkedIn campaigns with an iterative, high-velocity approach.
Client enablement: weekly trainings and group calls to codify best practices and SOPs.
Tooling and optimization: apply AI-assisted automation and platform insights to lift outbound performance and scale.

Take ownership from start to finish of our cold email and LinkedIn outbound channels
Weekly creation & updating of client trainings on Outbound with best practice
Weekly Group Call with Clients on Outbound
Keep documentation / SOPs updated
Constantly stay up to date with best practices for Outbound channels & implement best practice & tools
Requirements
Min. 1 year of experience in outbound lead generation
Proven experience with BOTH cold email and LinkedIn outbound
You are an absolute expert in Instantly, Sales Navigator, Clay and similar outbound & GTM tools.
Strong understanding of outbound metrics & performance
You combine the mindset of a system driven architect & a competitive sales rep
Strong experience working with AI tools / automations in outbound
Business-fluent English (written and spoken)
A true A-player who takes full ownership of outbound results
Strong communicator (written + verbal)
Massive Action: You move fast, execute consistently, and understand that volume + iteration is how you win
