Responsibilities

• Own and evolve our email marketing and CRM strategy, driving customer engagement, loyalty and commercial growth.
• Create personalised customer journeys that connect customers with our brands, products and services.
• Turn customer insight and data into high-performing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
• Collaborate across Retail, Agriculture, Ecommerce and Marketing to shape impactful customer communications.
• Champion innovation, testing new ideas and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience in Email Marketing, CRM or Customer Engagement.
• Passion for customer experience, personalisation and data-driven marketing.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative and always looking for ways to improve.
