Electrician - Social Housing (Permanent)
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £38,520 - £40,548 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week (between 8:00am - 6:00pm)
Contract: Permanent

Daniel Owen is recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join an established repairs and maintenance team in Nottingham.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role with a leading social housing organisation, carrying out electrical maintenance and repairs within occupied residential properties.
The Role
  • Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance and installation works.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
  • Complete inspection and testing where required.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while working in customers' homes.
  • Participate in second shift and out-of-hours cover on a rota basis.
Essential Requirements
  • Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services - Electrical Installation (Buildings and Structures), or equivalent.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Level 3 Award in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing.
  • AM2 Certificate.
