Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to optimize online sales channels across platforms such as WordPress and other CMS tools
Manage and grow social media accounts by scheduling posts, and engaging with followers to build a loyal community
Conduct SEO (Search Engine Optimization) audits and apply best practices to improve website visibility on search engines
Oversee digital advertising campaigns using Google Ads and analyze performance metrics to maximize ROI
Create eye-catching visuals using Adobe Photoshop for social media posts, banners, and promotional materials
Write persuasive copy for product descriptions, social media content, email marketing campaigns, and B2B communications
Utilize Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel to analyze website traffic data, campaign performance, and customer behavior insights for continuous improvement
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project management tasks to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives
Lead email marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships and promote new products or offers
Monitor industry trends in B2B marketing and incorporate innovative tactics into our strategies to stay ahead of competitors

Requirements

Education: A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience: Social media management: 1 year (required)
Experience: E-commerce: 1 year (required)
Skills: Strong management skills with the ability to lead projects and coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously
Skills: Proficiency in SEO techniques, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools
Skills: Expertise in social media management platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Skills: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for content creation and WordPress for website updates
Skills: Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging messages tailored for diverse audiences
Skills: Solid analysis skills to interpret data insights and optimize marketing efforts effectively
Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English with the ability to articulate ideas clearly across teams and clients
