Job Summary
Own the full digitals growth engine and paid acquisition across marketplaces and owned channels, with a clear line of sight to revenue, CAC and ROAS while shaping channel mix and new product launches.
- Digital growth planning and GTM for launches; accountable for revenue, CAC, conversions and profitability across channels.
- Marketplace & platform execution: Amazon, DTC, Shopify and TikTok Shop growth with listing health, pricing, and content optimization.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and recommend annual and quarterly digital growth plans aligned with Biobalance's business objectives.
- Own delivery of agreed revenue, customer acquisition, retention and profitability targets across all digital channels.
- Recommend budget allocation across Amazon, DTC, TikTok Shop and other approved sales channels.
- Identify new growth opportunities, customer acquisition strategies and channel expansion opportunities.
- Advise on go-to-market strategies for new product launches, campaigns and promotions.
- Analyse market trends, customer feedback, competitor activity and emerging wellness categories to identify new product opportunities.
- Develop business cases for future product launches, including market sizing, competitive assessment, pricing strategy, demand forecasting and projected commercial returns.
- Work closely with management and suppliers to support development and launch planning for approved new products.
- Plan, execute and optimise paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Amazon Ads, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor and optimise performance against agreed KPIs including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate and revenue growth.
