Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a (remote) position in Greece for Dutch/Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representatives with paid relocation to Greece. - Provide customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat
- Handle inquiries related to products and services with professionalism and accuracy
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and deliver excellent service
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively
- Fluency in Dutch/Flemish (both written and spoken) is required
- No experience needed, but willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with relocation expenses covered by the company
- Proficiency in English is an advantage
