Job Summary

Own the school’s growth and relationships engine by aligning Marketing, Admissions and engagement with families, partners and donors to drive recruitment, conversion and retention at scale.

  • Growth & relationship strategy: shape long term growth, reputation, and community engagement.
  • Cross functional leadership: unite marketing, admissions and philanthropy for cohesive growth across school functions.
  • Stakeholder funnel ownership: build and nurture relationships with prospective families, alumni, feeder schools, partners, and donors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction of Marketing, Admissions and relationship management to drive pupil recruitment, conversion and retention.
  • Shape and drive the School’s long-term growth, reputation and stakeholder engagement strategy.
  • Collaborate across the School to strengthen market position, brand visibility and sustainable growth.
  • Build meaningful relationships with prospective families, partners, alumni, feeder schools and the wider community.
  • Contribute to development and fundraising ambitions and foster engagement and philanthropy.
  • As a Senior Leadership Team member, contribute to whole-school strategy and ensure joined-up, insight-led growth and engagement.
