Job Description

Acting as the brand guardian, oversees the brand portfolio strategy and ensures that the business and key partners are informed.
Develop global brand marketing strategies to support the brand’s business objectives.
Develop and manage the global brand marketing platform to deliver these strategies across all target markets, working with the hotel teams to implement global strategies.
Develop a specific, actionable and measurable annual brand marketing communications plan that feeds into the commercial plans for each hotel.
Deliver campaigns that maximise frequency and reach to increase brand awareness, preference, and attribute perception.
Research and recommend potential partnership and sponsorship opportunities that support the business objectives.
Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure all messaging and content align with the brand platform.
Demonstrate a tangible return on investment on all marketing expenditures through pre-agreed KPIs such as Copilot, Maybourne Brand equity, Maybourne Library, Return on Advertising spending, increase in impression share, search share, share, and click-through rates, and reduce agency and third-party costs where possible.
Collaborate with the wider commercial teams to ensure that the brands are optimised in all promotional campaigns.
To provide marketing support to the estate and key openings as directed.
