Job Summary

Own the hotel’s digital storytelling across owned channels, keeping the website, landing pages and social content consistently on brand while driving audience growth and brand prestige at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London.

  • Content & Social: Manage social strategy, calendar planning, content production, and influencer/partner collaborations to boost reach and engagement.
  • Campaign & Website Ops: Maintain site accuracy, update landing pages, and keep paid campaigns fresh with relevant visuals and copy across Google, Meta, and partners.
  • Collaboration & Measurement: Align with Marketing, PR, Sales and F&B on storytelling opportunities, track reach/engagement, and optimise based on performance and ROI.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the hotel website, ensuring content is accurate, optimised, and on-brand.
  • Create and manage campaign landing pages
  • Support the digital marketing team to ensure paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms are kept up to date with relevant content and images
  • Work with agency partners where applicable
  • Develop and lead the hotel’s social media strategy aligned with brand positioning and commercial goals.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of the hotels social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, community management and maintaining a consistently elevated brand presence across all platforms.
  • Develop and manage integrated social media and content calendars aligned to key campaigns, seasonal activity, partnerships, hotel moments and wider commercial priorities.
  • Own the hotel’s digital storytelling across social platforms, creating and curating compelling content that strengthens brand awareness, supports audience growth and reinforces Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London’s positioning at the crossroads of art, fashion and culture.
  • Plan, coordinate and support high-quality visual and written content production across photography, video and short-form content, ensuring assets are delivered on time and used effectively across social, website, CRM and campaign activity.
  • Lead content shoots (photo/video), including concept development, shot lists, and coordination with internal teams and external creatives.
