Responsibilities

• Managing and growing our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and more.
• Creating graphics, videos and reels using Canva and other tools.
• Planning content and sending marketing emails.
• Monitoring analytics and using data to improve performance.
• Promoting artists, events and special offers.
• Welcoming clients, managing bookings and answering phones, emails and social media enquiries.
• Supporting tattoo artists and body piercers with diary management and general reception duties.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• A good understanding of analytics and business promotion.
• Experience creating content with Canva, including videos and reels.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A mature, professional outlook and the confidence to work with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
• The ability to work independently, use your initiative and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organisational and computer skills.
