Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor and develop a small in-house marketing team.
• Own and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms through engaging, creative and data-driven content.
• Plan, deliver and optimise digital marketing campaigns including paid social, PPC, email marketing and SEO initiatives.
• Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent messaging across all digital channels.
• Oversee website performance, user experience and conversion optimisation.
• Analyse campaign performance using data and reporting tools, providing regular insight and recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and emerging marketing technologies.
• Work closely with internal departments to support business initiatives, product launches and sales campaigns.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers and partners where required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a marketing management or senior digital marketing role.
• Experience managing or mentoring a team.
• Strong knowledge of social media strategy, content creation and community engagement.
• Experience across PPC, SEO, email marketing and digital advertising.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Confidence using analytics to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to challenge ideas and drive improvements.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to build positive relationships across the business.

Preferred

• Marketing qualification or degree
• Experience within financial services, insurance or another regulated industry
• Experience using CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
• Knowledge of website CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS
