Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of digital marketing strategies across client accounts
• Execute campaigns across SEO, PPC, email marketing, CRO and paid social
• Use data and insights to optimise performance and identify growth opportunities
• Contribute to campaign planning, testing and continuous improvement cycles
• Assist in reporting, translating performance into clear commercial insights
• Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude etc) to support research, content creation, campaign ideation and workflow efficiency, ensuring outputs are reviewed, refined and aligned with client objectives
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance through automation and AI-assisted processes
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and, where appropriate, clients
• Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends and emerging technologies (including AI and search developments)
• Support the wider marketing team across client projects where required

Requirements

• Experience across key digital marketing channels (SEO, GEO, PPC, Email, CRO, Affiliate)
• Understanding of ecommerce marketing and online customer journeys
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and take action
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks or accounts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident using common marketing platforms and tools
