Responsibilities

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and automations
• Develop promotional ideas, discount campaigns, bundles and seasonal activity
• Manage website banners, promotional content and ecommerce merchandising
• Help shape the social media strategy alongside our Social Media Executive
• Carry out on-page SEO and identify organic growth opportunities
• Monitor competitors, pricing, promotions and marketing activity
• Review campaign and website performance to identify opportunities for growth
• Support new product launches and wider marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Around 2+ years' experience in digital marketing, ecommerce or a similar role.
• Hands-on email marketing experience.
• Good understanding of ecommerce.
• Strong copywriting and campaign planning skills.
• Knowledge of SEO.
• Proactive, commercially minded approach.

Preferred

• Experience with Omnisend, Klaviyo, GA4, Google Search Console, Meta Ads or Canva/Adobe would be beneficial.
