Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the company website and social media platforms
  • Manage digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Support team members with their individual social media profiles
  • Support SEO development and digital visibility improvements
  • Support the production of short-form video
  • Create engaging internal and external communications, including newsletters, updates, brochures, and promotional materials
  • Coordinate advertisements in local publications, magazines, and digital media
  • Support ongoing website improvements to enhance user experience and digital visibility
  • Coordinate and support event planning, promotion, logistics and follow-up communications
  • Support the growth of the company’s brand presence and reputation within the local community and business network

Requirements

  • A good standard of education
  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Level 4 Certificate in Professional and Digital Marketing (Desirable but not essential)
  • Experience managing social media platforms and content creation
  • Confident using digital tools, marketing platforms and analytics
  • A willingness to be flexible and adaptable
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Able to work as part of a small and effective team
  • Honest, dependable, and professional
  • Creative and proactive with a passion for new ideas
