Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead bold, audience-focused campaigns that inspire action, amplify LGBTQ+ voices and grow support for our life-changing work.
  • Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of integrated marketing, communications and fundraising campaigns, using powerful storytelling to engage supporters, influence conversations and generate income.
  • Managing digital content across multiple channels, you will oversee website development, SEO/GEO optimisation, social media, email marketing and supporter journeys, using insight and analytics to continually improve performance.
  • Manage and develop a small team, fostering a creative, collaborative and high-performing environment while working closely with colleagues, partners and community contributors to maximise impact.
  • Monitor campaign performance, engagement and conversion metrics
  • Manage website content, analytics and Google Ad Grant activity
  • Build relationships with internal teams, partners, volunteers and community contributors
  • Support campaigns, Pride events, fundraising events and other engagement activities
  • Provide reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years’ experience in marketing
  • A minimum of three years’ experience managing, developing and supporting people
  • Experience of engaging audiences to take tangible action to deepen engagement
  • Previous supervisory or volunteer‑management experience
  • Experience using digital platforms and major social media channels to engage audiences
  • Proven project management experience in a fast‑paced environment
  • An understanding of social media engagement, paid reach, digital trends, including responsible AI use, and creative design principles
  • Familiarity with email CRMs, campaign evaluation, GA4, Google Ad Grants, GEO and SEO
  • Knowledge of effective campaign development, storytelling, statistics and community testimonies
  • An awareness of LGBTQ+ issues, health and wellbeing, and a commitment to equality and diversity
