Responsibilities

• Digital Content Management
• Create engaging, accurate, and customer-focused content that supports both trade and consumer audiences.
• Ensure all website content aligns with brand guidelines and company objectives.
• Regularly review and optimise existing content to improve customer engagement and conversion performance.
• Maintain consistency of messaging and content across all digital touchpoints.
• Website Content Creation
• Produce SEO-optimised content for:
• Category pages
• Landing pages
• Promotional pages

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in digital content, website content management, or content marketing.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
• Experience creating SEO-focused website content.
• Experience managing website content within CMS platforms ideally Magento 2 or Adobe Commerce
• Strong understanding of customer-focused content creation.
• Experience working with Adobe Photoshop/ Canva or similar tools
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

• Experience within e-commerce, retail, merchanting, construction, or home improvement sectors.
• Experience working alongside E Commerce teams.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Understanding of UX and website optimisation principles.
• Google Analytics knowledge.
• Experience creating and managing digital assets for promotional campaigns.
