Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creating content through a wide variety of mediums which aligns with our brand identity and enhances brand awareness
  • Analysing channel performance, optimising the user experience and implementing any improvements using tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio and Power BI dashboards.
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of our digital channels, including our website, social media, intranet and email campaigns
  • Assisting in the development of user personas, key user journeys and task flows. Ensure digital content and assets align with HCPC brand guidelines, accessibility standards and web best practice
  • Support search engine optimisation (SEO) and generative engine optimisation (GEO) through the creation and maintenance of well-structured and discoverable digital content
  • Working with external suppliers to help in the production of materials in alternative formats (e.g. braille, audio, other languages)

Requirements

  • Designed and produced digital content for a wide variety of channels
  • Managed content production processes from briefing to publication
  • Monitored the performance of posts and using tools to compile data
  • Used analytics and insights to improve user experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective teamwork and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Sound prioritisation of workload and ability to navigate competing priorities
  • A strong understanding of image and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere and Canva
  • Knowledge of best practice for, and how to adapt to, different digital communications channels and web design principles for accessibility and optimisation.
