Job Summary

Drive QEPrize’s social and digital presence by creating timely content, engaging with the community, and measuring impact across platforms while maintaining brand consistency and supporting website and email campaigns.

  • Own content creation and scheduling for QEPrize's digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Bluesky, TikTok, website) to keep audiences informed and engaged.
  • Moderate community interactions across channels, respond to comments, tags, and requests to foster an active, positive online community.
  • Track analytics and report on performance, suggesting improvements and ensuring brand-consistent materials across web, email, and events.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Work with the Digital Communications and Marketing Manager to produce regular, relevant content for QEPrize across LinkedIn, Instagram, Bluesky, TikTok, and the QEPrize website.
  • Lead on engaging with our digital community by responding to comments, tags, and other requests in a timely manner across channels.
  • Monitor and track social media and website analytics and regularly report evaluation metrics.
  • Support and contribute to the ongoing maintenance and management of the QEPrize website to keep content fresh.
  • Assist with the creation and scheduling of email campaigns, maintain mailing lists, and help track campaign performance.
  • Create toolkits and materials for internal and external colleagues ahead of announcements and campaigns.
  • Analyze trends in social media activity across all QEPrize platforms and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain awareness of, and develop expertise in, emerging social media channels and digital content formats.
  • Work with the Digital Communications and Marketing Manager to maintain a consistent brand appearance across all printed communications, event collateral, and online channels (producing brand-compliant materials as needed).
