Job Description

Responsibilities

Own risk ledger demand-gen strategy and execution for new business and expansion across UKI, with potential US support.
Lead as the senior campaign owner with Sales/Marketing to run focused, ICP-targeted campaigns that engage and convert accounts.
Run intent-triggered campaigns based on engagement and key signals.
Manage multi-touch nurture journeys across email, paid retargeting, direct mail, and targeted events in partnership with Field.
Conduct regular reporting on campaign performance and demand-gen ROI.
Collaborate on audience segmentation strategy (tiering, industry, persona) with RevOps.
Manage the Demand Generation Manager to foster development and high performance.
Advise on pipeline-generation opportunities each quarter and pivots needed for the budget.

Requirements

10+ years of commercial experience in B2B SaaS Demand Generation, ideally mid-market to enterprise covering UKI, Nordics and US markets.
Track record of delivering pipeline growth and improving conversion at scale.
Knowledge of paid channels; you will oversee them without direct management.
Clear and confident communication skills across Marketing and the wider GTM function.
Commercial mindset; you own the funnel and know how to move buyers through it.
Data skills with strong analytical capability to translate numbers into decisions.
Experience in a startup or scale-up environment with fast pace.

Preferred

Experience with intent data platforms and buying signal tools.
Experience building lifecycle programs for different audiences and personas.
Comfort with AI-driven personalization and workflow automation tools.
