About WeDoCRM:
As a leader in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Marketing services, WeDoCRM supports companies of all sizes to drive ROI from their customer database. Our agency is growing up quickly as more and more companies partner with us to deliver powerful CRM operations.
About the role:
As our CRM Solutions Architect, you’ll be at the heart of the technical work we deliver for our clients. This is a hands-on role that blends platform implementation and integration development with custom technical builds including API integrations, data workflows and bespoke solutions. You’ll work across a variety of leading CRM and MarTech platforms, helping our clients get the most out of their technology stack.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Head of Projects, turning requirements into reliable, scalable technical solutions. This is an ideal role for a systems expert who loves getting involved in the development side of things, working across the full spectrum of CRM technology – from building and optimising systems to architecting complex data and martech stack integrations.
What to expect day-to-day:
- Plan, build and test full CRM implementations across a variety of technology, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Bloomreach and Customer.io.
- Work alongside our Head of Projects to plan development, manage client requirements and turn functional requirements into robust operations.
- Develop custom integrations and platform-specific templating languages (e.g. AMPscript, Liquid, Jinja).
- Design and implement API integrations between CRM platforms, client systems, CDPs and third-party tools.
- Write and maintain scripts, queries and automation workflows to streamline campaign operations and data processing.
- Conduct thorough QA and testing across all technical deliverables, ensuring accuracy, rendering consistency and data integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across platforms, acting as a go-to resource for the wider CRM team.
- Collaborate with the projects team to scope technical requirements and estimate development effort.
- Document technical solutions, integration architectures and platform configurations for client handover and internal reference.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, new features and MarTech industry trends, proactively sharing knowledge with the team.
Experience and skills required (important):
- 3–5 years’ experience in a CRM development, MarTech engineering or similar technical role.
- Hands-on experience with at least two major CRM/MarTech platform (e.g. Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Adobe Campaign).
- Working knowledge of at least one scripting or templating language such as AMPscript, Liquid, JavaScript or Python.
- Experience with REST APIs and data integration patterns (JSON, XML, webhooks, ETL processes).
- Solid understanding of data management principles including segmentation, data modelling and database queries (SQL).
- Meticulous attention to detail – must live and breathe QA.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve technical issues independently.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
Great to have (but will not exclude you from fair consideration):
- Previous experience working within a CRM or digital marketing agency.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Segment, mParticle or Tealium.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD workflows.
- Experience with marketing automation strategy, lifecycle marketing or personalisation frameworks.
- Relevant platform certifications (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, HubSpot Developer, Braze Certified).
Our ideal candidate:
Our ideal candidate is a curious, technically versatile developer who is just as comfortable configuring a complex automation journey as they are writing an API integration. You care about the quality of your work, you enjoy variety in your day-to-day and you’re excited about helping clients unlock the full potential of their CRM and MarTech platforms. You’re a team player who communicates clearly and takes ownership of your deliverables.
What our company stands for:
Fairness, understanding and the promotion of self-worth. We’re young and as such our identity is still being shaped. Regardless, we already have a cornerstone which centres around equal opportunity and understanding. Equality is paramount to who we are and we will always ensure our employees have a safe environment to be themselves and flourish. We also pride ourselves on ensuring everyone maintains a healthy and happy work/life balance which is why flexi-working is offered to everyone.
Salary & extras:
Up to £60k per annum (pro-rata) and dependent on experience.
Place of work:
This position is fully remote from anywhere in the UK and offers flexi-working options. Must be fluent in English, live within the UK and have the right to work unrestricted in the UK. Given most of our agency employees are based in London, willingness to travel to the capital every now and then for socials would be greatly appreciated, as well as willingness to travel throughout the UK for events.
