Own and drive Studio Nicholson's CRM, clienteling, and loyalty across online and stores to lift engagement, retention and lifetime value.

Lifecycle Strategy: Design and optimise omnichannel journeys from welcome to VIP, leveraging data to improve segmentation and personalisation.
Loyalty & Clienteling: Lead loyalty program development with Yotpo and local store initiatives to connect CRM with retail.
Brand Alignment & Analytics: Align CRM activity with Creative/Brand, own performance analysis and share actionable insights across the business.
