Creative 3D Visual Designer

Brackley, UK

We’re looking for a passionate 3D Visual Designer to join our creative design team and play a key role in bringing ideas to life through high-quality 3D content. You'll be supporting a range of exciting projects and creating assets used across the business.

The role:

You’ll work collaboratively with the wider team, contributing to the full design process - from early concepts through to final delivery. The role primarily focuses on creating assets for hospitality environments and digital experiences.

An interest in motorsport is not essential; we’re keen to hear from individuals with a strong portfolio, who can adapt to a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and consistently deliver high-quality 3D work within agreed timeframes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create high-quality, photorealistic renders and animations of interior and exterior spaces, including hospitality and trackside areas, that meet or exceed the brief.

  • Create and manage high-quality 3D animated assets for digital and trackside content.

  • Collaborate with the team to design and develop concepts for interior/exterior spaces and digital content.

  • Model and create bespoke 3D assets as required.

  • Provide 3D design support to the wider team.

  • Review and enhance existing 3D assets.

  • Create presentation documents to showcase 3D outputs.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience developing designs from initial concept through to final delivery.

  • Strong knowledge of 3D software such as Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Unreal Engine, and render engines (e.g. Redshift, V-Ray).

  • Proven experience creating 3D assets for a variety of applications.

  • Solid understanding of texturing, UV mapping, lighting, and rendering principles.

  • Experience creating original 3D models.

  • Experience working with and converting 3D CAD data.

Candidate profile:

  • Self-motivated and eager to contribute to the team.

  • Passionate about 3D design, with a drive to learn and bring new ideas.

  • Able to work effectively under pressure.

  • Strong attention to detail and an excellent eye for composition.

  • A focused and collaborative team player.

  • Engages well with wider team members.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative flair.

  • Keeps up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing knowledge to help push boundaries.

  • Excellent time management skills.

Benefits:

Our riverside campus is powered by 100% renewable energy and offers an on-site gym and exercise studio, a subsidised restaurant, and on-site parking with EV chargers.

We offer a competitive benefits package, including a generous bonus scheme, Mercedes car lease scheme, private medical cover, life assurance, and 25 days’ holiday. We pride ourselves on our family-friendly environment and our employee wellbeing programmes.
