Responsibilities

• lead on the planning, coordination and delivery of communications campaigns for key set piece communications, working closely with colleagues across the Communications team and wider organisation
• oversee corporate award entries and support a range of corporate communications initiatives that help tell the PPF’s story clearly and consistently
• writing and production of the PPF’s corporate publications and helping to protect and develop our tone of voice and brand
• develop content for digital channels such as online publications, websites and email campaigns
• strong project management skills, with proven experience of planning schedules, managing expectations and delivering high-quality communications activity on time and within budget
• build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels, review work produced by others and give constructive feedback in a collaborative way
• be a role model for the PPF’s behaviours and play an important part in supporting an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing team

Requirements

• strong experience of writing corporate materials and publications, alongside excellent editing, proofreading and verbal communication skills
• planning and managing communications activity, working with designers, artworkers or creative agencies, and developing content for digital channels such as online publications, websites and email campaigns
• strong project management skills, with proven experience of planning schedules, managing expectations and delivering high-quality communications activity on time and within budget
• ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels, review work produced by others and give constructive feedback in a collaborative way
