Job Summary

Own end-to-end property content production from photography and floor plans to walk-through videos and descriptions, while coordinating with branches to keep properties market-ready.

Owns content creation workflows across photography, video, floor plans, and copy.
Manages own workload and deadlines to ensure timely market readiness.
Collaborates with branch teams and branding guidelines to maintain consistency.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Visit properties to capture high-quality photography.
Produce accurate floor plans using our in-house equipment and software.
Film engaging walk-through property videos.
Capture additional photo and video content for our social media team in line with our branding and guidelines.
Write engaging and accurate property descriptions, ensuring each home's key selling features are highlighted.
Prepare each property's marketing materials to a consistently high standard.
Manage your own workload and ensure every property progresses efficiently from appointment through to being market ready.
Liaise with branch teams to ensure all information is gathered and marketing deadlines are met.
Maintain high standards of presentation and consistency across all property marketing.
Ensure all work complies with company standards and procedures.

Requirements

A passion for property and presenting homes at their very best.
A creative eye with an appreciation for photography, video and visual presentation.
Excellent attention to detail and a thorough approach to every task.
The ability to manage your own workload and see tasks through to completion.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write engaging property descriptions.
Confidence using technology and learning new systems.
A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Experience within property, photography, content creation or a similar role is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential).
