Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the social media calendar and execute content across all social platforms, including but not limited to Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Execute and react to social media posts and content across the whole group.
• Create captivating and informative social content in the furniture, mobility and manufacturing space.
• Develop and implement a tone of voice and consistency on LinkedIn.
• Interact and engage with our audience, replying to all social media and customer reviews comments/posts as required.
• Monitor trends and analytics to refine and optimize your approach.
• Develop and maintain the groups internal communications, including weekly and quarterly news content, to engage with the wider group.
• Sit on the engagement committee to align with internal communications and execute tone of voice.
• Work alongside the wider marketing team to align social content with wider marketing and campaign calendar.

Requirements

• Strong experience and background in social media marketing.
• Strong planning skills with the mindset to think ahead but react to daily changes
• Experience in creating and maintaining social media accounts.
• Knowledge and understanding in using photoshop and Canva would be advantageous but not essential.
• Able to react quickly and efficiently to briefs and new projects.
• Highly accurate with good attention to detail.
• Adaptable and flexible.
• Passionate and self-motivated.
