Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality content tailored to different channels such as social media, blogs, newsletters, and websites
• Manage and grow our social media presence by creating engaging posts, stories, and campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content strategies aligned with brand objectives
• Monitor social media trends and analyse engagement metrics to optimise content performance
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms
• Engage with followers and respond to comments or messages in a professional manner
• Assist in organising promotional events or campaigns to enhance brand visibility
• Support public relations initiatives by creating press releases, media kits, and other relevant materials

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or related roles
• Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in British English
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics
• Knowledge of analytics tools to measure content performance and optimise strategies

Preferred

• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is desirable
